To create an account, we only ask for a nickname and a password — no email address or phone number is required. If you choose to add a profile photo, bio, status message, gender, or age range, that information is stored too. We also store the messages, stickers, and voice notes you send, and the stated reasons behind any report you file.
Your profile information is shown to other members so they can decide whether to connect with you. Messages are delivered only to the people or rooms you send them to. We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Passwords are never stored in plain text — they're one-way hashed. Because there's no email or phone on file, account recovery relies on a one-time recovery code shown only once, at signup. If that code is lost, we have no way to verify account ownership for a password reset.
Direct messages are only visible to you and the person you're messaging, once you've both accepted a connection. Room messages are visible to anyone who joins that room. Uploaded photos and voice notes are stored on our servers to be delivered to the conversation they were sent in.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
This service is restricted to people 18 years of age or older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
You can edit or remove your profile photo, bio, and status message at any time from your Profile page. You can block or report any user. To request that your account and data be deleted, contact us using the details below.
